Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, send it back, along with a brief explanation, within 7 days upon receiving your item, and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Packages:

We try our best to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well-protected, but despite our efforts, damage sometimes occur during transit. Please inspect your package or item upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods that have been opened (unless damaged on receipt), custom products (such as personalized items or special orders), and personal care products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please understand we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Web beacons are small transparent images that help us process cookies and determine which pages on our website have been viewed and how often. Any electronic image on our website can function as a web beacon.


Shipping Information:

We ship via FedEx. Shipping options and rates are available during checkout. Depending on your location, your order will typically arrive in 1-3 business days after it is processed for most U.S residents, and some locations may take up to 7 to 10 business days. All orders are shipped from our Louisville, KY, warehouse. We don’t participate in drop-shipping programs. We do not ship internationally.

FedEx will deliver your order if your delivery address includes a street address within the 48 contiguous states. The estimated delivery date provided during check out, if any, does not include order processing time. (We do not ship to PO, APO/FPO boxes.) Please note that it can take 1-3 business days for processing before shipment.
