How it Works

Keep your family and loved ones close at heart by remembering them with a delightful care pack. Browse our assortment of care packs and find a gift that will let your loved ones know you care in a big way! Select from a wide assortment of pre-packaged eatable packs, or choose a hygiene pack.

Ordering steps are easy:

  • 1. Select your gift item(s).
    • As items are added to the shopping cart, the number ot items will appear next to the cart icon in the upper right corner of the site.
  • 2. Click on cart icon to view your shopping cart.
    • Add a gift message if desired.
    • Apply a coupon code if applicable.
  • 3. Checkout to complete your purchase.
    • Enter contact information, billing and shipping details.
    • Review order summary and make payment as instructed.
  • 4. Verify Your order details.
    • Upon submission, you’ll receive an order number with details of your order.

That’s all you do! We will process your order and expedite shipping to your loved one. Once your care pack has been delivered, we will notify you with a delivery confirmation email.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I add a personal gift message to my order?

Yes, click on the “Add A Gift Message” button in your shopping cart and follow the instructions. Your brief personal message will appear on the packing slip inside the shipping package.

2. Does the packing slip show pricing?

No; the packing slip contains only the name of the person or business ordering the item(s), the ship to address and a list of the purchased items. It does not contain pricing.

3. Can the items in my shopping cart be shipped to more than one address?

Not at this time. You will need to place separate orders with the appropiate shipping addresses on your order form.

4. Are all the items listed in the pack’s details guaranteed to be included?

Yes, the products and number of items in each package is listed on the product delail pages. Items may be replaced from time to time; however, the website will be updated to reflect any changes.

5. How can I track my order(s)?

Different shippers offer their own tracking solution. Our products are shipped via FedEx. Once you place your order, tracking information will be made available by the shipper.

6. Can I get a refund for an order I purchased and can opened packs be refunded?

Refunds for items purchased may be provided if the item(s) are returned within 7 days, unopened and in the original packaging along with a copy of your purchase receipt. Include a brief explanation why the product is being returned. Contact us by phone or email to start a return. Allow 6 – 8 weeks to complete a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless shipping damages have occurred. Refer to our Shipping and Returns page for more information.

7. What forms of payment are accepted?

We use PayPal as our payment method. You don’t have to have a PayPal account. You will have the option to pay by major credit card through PayPal.

8. Who do I contact if there are errors on the payment page preventing submission of my order?

PayPal is a widely accepted payment processor so we do not anticipate issues; however, in the unlikely event you do have issues, contact us by email or phone using the information in the top or bottom of this website.

9. What happens if the recipient is not available to accept a delivery?

A signature is required upon delivery. Packs will be delivered to a resident’s front door or a business’ front desk, unless specific requests are made. If delivery is not possible, you will be contacted to pick up the pack(s) at FedEx’s office.

10. How long does it take for the packs to be delivered?

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 days and shipped via FedEx. The standard delivery time is up to 7 buisness days after processing. While we would like to deliver all orders very quickly, based on your order placement date, facility, delivery schedule and protocols, it can take longer for your gift to be delivered. Please contact us if the shipment has not been delivered within 10 business days.
